Abstract

Objective: To analyze the accuracy of serological tests for the diagnosis of Zika. Method: In the search for use, 4 bibliographic databases were used: Embase, Cochrane, Pubmed and VHL Evidence Portal. Inclusion criteria considered an intervention, an indication and the type of study design. In the application quality evaluation applied to the QUADAS II classification, as a specific instrument for diagnostic tests. Conclusions: Three articles were selected for writing the article. These 3 studies refer to the evaluation and accuracy of IgM and IgG tests, comparing the molecular biology method RT-PCR and PRNT as the gold standard.
