Abstract

Objective: to evaluate the satisfaction of trans users regarding the services offered by the Trans Clinic. Secondly, attempts were made to identify the demands of its users and analyze the facilitating and hindering factors related to their satisfaction. Method: for this purpose, a cross-sectional, exploratory, and descriptive study was conducted from the perspective of participatory and inclusive evaluation and through mixed methods - qualitative and quantitative. Results: the study demonstrated adequate levels of satisfaction among trans users for the majority of the evaluated aspects; negative assessments, when present, were mainly related to the lack of therapeutic supplies and difficulty in accessing surgical procedures. Conclusion: although the satisfaction of trans users was high, the service was not considered capable of fully performing the transgender process, given the diversity and specificity of the group's demands.
