Resumen

Objetivo: evaluar la precisión de las pruebas serológicas para el diagnóstico de zika. Método: En la búsqueda de evidencia, se utilizaron 4 bases bibliográficas: Embase, Cochrane, Pubmed y el Portal de Evidencia de la BVS. Los criterios de inclusión consideraron la intervención, la indicación y el tipo de diseño del estudio. Al evaluar la calidad de la evidencia, se aplicó la clasificación QUADAS II como instrumento específico para las pruebas de diagnóstico. Conclusiones: se seleccionaron 3 artículos para la preparación del artículo. Estos 3 estudios se refieren a la evaluación y precisión de las pruebas para IgM e IgG, utilizando el método de biología molecular RT-PCR y el PRNT como el estándar de oro como comparador.
