Abstract

Objective: To identify the Nursing Diagnostics prevalent through Conceptual Map. Methods: Exploratory / descriptive study with quantitative approach and analysis. The sample consisted of 25 patients admitted to the Coronary Intensive Care Unit who signed the Informed Consent Form, submitted to the Research Ethics Committee, with an opinion number of 1,656,434. The instrument was validated and structured in Horta's Basic Human Needs Theory through an interview, physical examination and records of the electronic medical record. For the construction of the nursing diagnosis in conceptual maps used CMap Tools version 6.01.01. The prevalent diagnoses were established from their distribution in the sample and frequency equal to or greater than 45%. Results: Prevalent diagnoses were: Risk of impaired cardiovascular function (88%), Risk of ineffective renal perfusion (68%), Ineffective gastrointestinal risk (56%), Risk of intolerance to activity (52%), ineffective cerebral tissue (52%) and risk of infection (48%). Discussion: There was a hegemonic relationship between the risk factors found in prevalent nursing diagnoses and the risk factors related to cardiovascular diseases, this finding fostered the vulnerability found in this population. Conclusion: The prevalent diagnostic profile is due to the studied population, with potential risk factors for the identification of vulnerability diagnoses. The nurse in care planning must work hard to promote health to minimize complications. The conceptual map brings benefits in the context of clinical reasoning, however, for nurse practice it takes time.
